The icons at the top of a web page, like this one that has: kiptewksbury Sign Out Inbox Other applications, do not respond to left click on either of my mouses.

I can not navigate or sign out from any web site using the top of the screen icons. The up and down page scanner only works going down but not up.

That problem can be caused by the Yahoo! Toolbar that extents too much downwards and covers the top part of the browser window and thus makes links in that part of the screen not clickable.
