In the latest version of Firefox, on launching google maps, when the orange man icon is dragged into the street view application, it disappears. The result is that you cannot see where you are located on the map.

Works here with the Firefox 9 b1 version.

Start Firefox in Diagnose Firefox issues using Troubleshoot Mode to check if one of the extensions or if hardware acceleration is causing the problem (switch to the DEFAULT theme: Firefox (Tools) > Add-ons > Appearance/Themes).
