mouse doest click or recognize the first inch from below the toolbox down
the mouse doesnt recognize that space, from below the toolbar to an inch down... ive tried going to different sites but it still doesnt work. but when i use google, i works, but i choose firefox. please help me solve ths problem,,, even the scroll bar wont work when its at its highest.i cant even sign out because its at the 1st inch of the web screen. thank you
