I upgraded to Firefox 8 and cannot find the "organize toolbar" option. I want to put an image in the tab for a web page. How do I do it?

I want to put an image in the icon box on the left side of the tab for a particular website. I thought I would be able to do it using the "organize bookmarks" in the Bookmarks menu. I just upgraded to Firefox 8 and don't see an "organize bookmarks" option. Is this something that I can do?
