I don't want my Most Visited to show. How do I turn that off or clean that?

When I go to facebook, I see a list of my most visited sites. How do I clear that? I don't want those sites to always be on public display.

Do you mean the location bar drop down list?

That list is generated automatically from the browsing history and the Most Visited smart folder on the Bookmarks Toolbar works in the same way.
You would have to disable the history to prevent such data from being saved.

For the location bar, you can set what to show to nothing to prevent that list from opening, but that data is still there.
