I am trying to access the Microsoft e-learning module for Powerpoint and Firefox won't load the viewer so nothing is happening on the monitor. All that appears is a window that says, "Loading viewer please wait with a clock and a hand going round and round supposedly loading but its been "loading" for the last 10 minutes with no change. I've tried multiple links on the e-learning page but I get the same thing each time.

You probably need a PowerPoint plugin for Firefox. Best to just use IE at Microsoft websites, as some parts of the various MS domains use ActiveX which is an IE "thing" that other browsers don't use.
