I upgraded my Firefox today(feb 29) at lunch and now firefox won't even launch!!?? help please!
I have a huawei ideos s7 and installed Firefox in December. Upgraded Firefox in January(I think) and it worked fine! Today I upgraded it again and now Firefox launches but immediately closes down.

My apologies again for the runaround. Here is the big list of all of the older builds, so you can hopefully get it working again with an old build until we have the bug fixed: http://ftp.mozilla.org/pub/mozilla.org/mobile/releases/

Hi,
I'm sorry you are having this problem with Firefox mobile. Are you running any other applications when you launch Firefox? Also, are you launching it from the All Applications, or from a link in your email or twitter?
You might try launching from All Apps if you haven't already done so. If all else fails, you could try to uninstall and then reinstall, but you will lose your addons and sync setup if you do that. Let me know a bit more info and I'll try to help or find someone else who can.

I usually launches it from the shortcut. I also tried to launch it directly from All Apps, same result. uninstalled it and installed it again. Same result!!! I'm going to uninstall and turn off my tablet and then install it again to see if it helps. I did that once but are trying it again but uninstalling it from Programs.
I really would like to get the earlier not updated version which worked fine!
I'm also thinking of trying the Aurora version...

I would recommend going to Aurora rather than going back to an older version for security reasons. The Aurora version also has many performance improvements , but it is still in testing and doesnt have support for copypaste and all of the add-ons yet. I use Aurora every day and I really like the speed and simplified UI
Note that you'll need to enable installation of nonmarket app in android and update Aurora manually (there is an update almost every day for aurora since development is working hard on it)

Downloaded Aurora, installed it. Same shit happens!!! firefox seems to start then closes down immediately. Aaaah!!

Even tried the 10.0.1 and it doesn't work either??? Uninstall google maps?
