Hi, thank you for your time! I have problems printing from FireFox. I use PayPal to print shipping label (I sell on Ebay) and it make a few weeks that I have to use IE to print from the Internet. NOTHING is printing from Firefox. And since it is my PREFERRED browser, it is annoying. I have the latest Java, reinstalled my drivers (uninstall and fresh install). I tried everything i can think of but nothing seems to work. Updated Java, reinstalled drivers for my Epson Styllus NX215, change USB port, erased cookie and every things... It works perfectly with Internet Explorer. I have to use Internet explorer, to print from the Internet... Can you help me not to use IE anymore?

o) Thank you.

I use a MDG computer with an Intel CoreI7, With Windows 7 home premium (64 bit) SP1, 8GB ram

Thank you very much, I already did that. It did not work... the problem is solved by uni stalling and re-installing Firefox. (the update did not work).

Thanks anyway Stephan.

Hi stephandery ,

Firefox uses the system default printer.

Re-set your default printer settings. Start > Settings > Printers. Right click on your printer icon and select Set As Default Printer.

Open Firefox (close and reopen if already open) and type about:config in the address bar. Look for the pref print.print_printer using the filter and it should show you your system default printer. If there is nothing there, enter it yourself by a right click and use the 'modify' option and insert the text for the printer exactly as shown in - Start > Settings > Printers. Hope this time your problem will be fixed.....
