session restore not working
I have firefox set to restore previous session, but every so often (this is about the 5th time this year) i open firefox and it won't restore the session, and theres nothing in about:sessionrestore I still have the .bak files from the last two session, is there a way to restore from them? I've tried renaming them to .js like i found suggested elsewhere but that doesn't work.

Copying sessionstore.bak to sessionstore.js should bring back the session that was saved in it.
Did you check if there are recently closed windows or tabs?
I tried that and it didnt work, theres about 10+ tabs to restore so they arent all going to be in the recently closed windows or tabs
Did you find any tabs that could be restored?
If not then the sessionstore.bak file may not contain those lost tabs.
No it doesnt have any tabs that can be restored, its happened to me twice more now
