Is there a repair for firefox 11.0? I love firefox but sense upgrading it stops responing.
Its terrible with the freezing. Please help. Maybe there is a way to un-install the new version 11.0 and go back to a later one?

A few other basic trouble shooting things you can try is this: Run all Windows Updates, install all needed service packs, etc.
Update your graphics driver (Firefox uses your graphics card for some rendering, and an out of date graphics card driver can cause problems. https://support.mozilla.org/en-US/kb/how-do-i-upgrade-my-graphics-drivers.
Update all your plugins (Flash, Java, etc.): http://www.mozilla.org/plugincheck/.
Download and Install MalwareBytes Anti-Malware, run a full Scan. http://www.malwarebytes.org/. This helps check that there are no viruses on your computer causing issues. You can uninstall this program after you clean off any infections.

Hey,
please start Firefox in Diagnose Firefox issues using Troubleshoot Mode and see if that works!

Hi charlottecia,
I'm sorry Firefox is giving you trouble. Have you tried Firefox hangs or is not responding - How to fix, it might help you solve the problem.
If it doesn't you can provide me more details and we'll try to figure out how to solve it.
You can also download Aurora and upgrade Firefox in that way: http://www.mozilla.org/en-US/firefox/aurora/
Please be aware that Aurora is a pre-beta version of Firefox, but for me it works just great.
Cheers,
Rosana
Doesn't respond in safe mode either. Even worst then in regular mode...
Had all my plugins disable already. The other suggestion isnt really for this version...the bot. Going to try the beta...wish me luck.

Thanks Tyler. It was a video hardware conflict so uninstalled my video driver and scare now to update it cause that is what caused the problem. I keep all things updated.
