Selecting Tabs and Arrow Key Tab Switching
Older versions of Firefox had this feature. Pre 3.0, Firefox let you select the text around a tab by middle clicking, which allowed you to scroll through tabs using the arrow keys. After 3.0, you could do this by left clicking and then immediately right clicking. I've since gone up to Firefox 12, and I can't seem to find this functionality, even though it's useful for me. Is there a workaround or a way to do this in Firefox 12 that I don't know about? Addons that add this functionality, or a setting, would be greatly appreciated.
EDIT: I know there are other ways of switching tabs, but arrow keys were particular convenient.

Actually, I've found a good work around (which was rather hidden) that is the exact same functionality as before, albeit in more steps.
In case you're like me and you've wanted this, do the following things:
-Press Control-K--- -Press Tab--- -Enjoy Arrow Key tab switching!
I'm not sure why it's gotten progressively more difficult to do this over the years, but at least I can still do it.
Thanks to cor.el, or something like that.

Hello Zanarias,
I don't think that there is a arrow key shortcut any more, but you can press CTRL + PageUp/PageDown to switch between next/previous tabs.
Thank you for your patience and all your interest in Mozilla Firefox and please let me know if my answer was helpful by marking it as a solution. Have a nice day!
