I never did install security, which causes an interesting experience. I have gotten continuous attacks. Is that called 'malware'? Or is it called 'spyware'?

I would use Norton products to fix it but I thought it might be fun to talk to the wonderful Mozilla people first.
I did also use internet explorer but only once or twice and then I installed firefox/mozilla
Note that I always only used public library computers and this is my first time having my own private computer ...

Hi j_silverman

hey how we can know if it is Malware or Spyware ?

you already have Norton so keep it updated.

if you are suspicious that you infected from some virus check with a few malware/virus scan programs. You need to use all programs because each detects different malware. Make sure to update each program to get the latest version before doing a scan.
