I've "click to play" for plugins enabled (plugins.click_to_play is set to true in about:config) in Firefox (v16.0.1) and it works with all plugins (as far as I can tell) except with flash. Every time I enter a site with flash, like Youtube for example, the "lego" icon doesn't show up and it starts playing the videos automatically. I've tried enabling and disabling the plugin, and reseted firefox but it didn't worked. I would appreciate any help on solving this issue.

Click to play is a very experimental feature, and shouldn't be used unless you are a developer working on the feature. You should immediately disable click to play until it is fully developed.
