For a while now, I suspect since updating Firefox and the 64bit version Waterfox, I cannot open ANY hyperlink in Yahoo mail. When I hover over a hyperlink I get the cursor as you would in Word when typing, i.e. not a fist or pointer, and the hyperlink gets brighter as though it is highlighted, however it will not open.

I have Firefox/Waterfox set as default browser but the problem as appeared in IE as well.

I looked at, and tried, the fixes given already for this problem but none work. Can anyone help please?

The funny thing is that the email from Mozilla welcoming me to the Fora has hyperlinks that DO work.

A few things first:

Are you using Firefox or Waterfox? They aren't the same thing, and you should be using Firefox (waterfox is a community made version of Firefox, which could have bugs and isn't supported).

Update Firefox to 16.0.2. Update Firefox to the latest release

Update your plugins (I see Videolan, Java and Adobe Reader are all out of date, try something like http://ninite.com/flash-java-reader-vlc/ninite.exe to update them all at once.

Then, after doing all that, try to read Websites look wrong or appear differently than they should if you are still having problems.
