I've checked the value of "browser.tabs.insertRelatedAfterCurrent" and it's "true". So i tried changing it from true to false and backwards, and then restarting the program, but the problem remains. I don't use tab add-ons. Thank u!

I've realized that's not the corresponding value because I mean NEW tabs, not the ones related to current. So, is it possible to open a new tab next to current? As i'm writing this question i see that a solution could simply be to open any link with the scroll and then change the URL. I apologize for not making the proper question.

You will need to extension to open a new tab next to the currently active tab.
