I downloaded a theme from Microsoft. I now can't open it. Can someone help me please?
I have Windows 7 and downloaded a theme from Microsoft. I can't get it to open or run. First, why didn't it go to the defaulted themes section of the computer when I downloaded it, and secondly, how do I open it?

Sorry, that isn't related to Firefox support.
Can you use your history (browsing history or download history) to get back to a page with more information on how to install and run the theme? To open the Library dialog:
- Ctrl +Shift + h opens to page history
- Ctrl+j opens to download history

Thanks for responding, Jscher2000. I have recently discovered Windows 7 does not recognize the .deskthemepack extension. One can download it, but Microsoft neglects to tell you it can only be used with Windows 8. Thanks for trying to assist me, though, instead of being hateful as one person on here by saying, "Sorry, that isn't related to Firefox support."
