I've tried every browser I have (which is just FF and IE) but I can't get tumblr to load. It used to come up like I wasn't connected to the internet, even though I obviously am, and now it comes up as nothing but a blank white screen. I've been unable to access it for a few months now, and no luck. I've googled it over and over and everything says to go through "HideMyAss" and other websites of that sort, but nothing happened. I've reset firefox but all that did was get rid of my addons (i got them back hahaha). One day it randomly came back for a few days then stopped working again.

Did you check if there are entries in the hosts file?

You can try to reset (power off/on) the router.

Do a malware check with some malware scanning programs on the Windows computer.
Please scan with all programs because each program detects different malware.

Make sure that you update each program to get the latest version of their databases before doing a scan.

You can also do a check for a rootkit infection with TDSSKiller.
