I need my bookmarks from my sync account, but I've lost my recovery key due a system formatting. Is there any way to get it back? I got the account info.

Sorry for your loss, but the Firefox Sync service isn't intended to be used as a "backup medium" or a data "Cloud". It is meant to be used to synchronize Firefox personal data and preferences between multiple devices running Firefox.

Without the Sync Key (aka Recovery Key) there isn't any way to recover your data from the Sync servers; and if you could, that data would be useless due to the encryption which is "held" by that "key".
