Crash reporter opens immediately upon clicking Firefox. I've scanned for viruses, tried opening in safe mode, updated Firefox and restarted my computer. Most recent crash report:

hello, this crash seems to be caused by a traffic monitoring tool from spectorsoft that is running on the pc...
