My epson has stopped printing web pages although the wireless printing works from Word etc. Epson can't help, they say it must be the browser.

My Epson px720wd will not print web pages although it prints from the same computer from MS Word etc. I have another printer on the same network that prints everything. Epson are not interested and say I should contact Firefox for a fix. Can anyone help?

Hi AnniesP, Have you tried:

  1. Checking to make sure you ate running the latest version of Firefox by clicking the Firefox button / Help and then about. It will then tell you if you are on the latest version (if not it will do an update). This is probably not the problem but it is always good to run the latest software.
  2. Remove and re install the printer (with all applications closed). When installed, try printing again from Firefox.

Although I have yet to experience my wireless printer deciding which application it wants to print from it occasionally refuses to print at all and I find reinstalling it gets it going again,
