I'm trying to upload a gallery into Pixieset and it won't let me - I believe this is a JavaScript issue, because Facebook is also telling me that my JavaScript isn't working. I've been to the add-ons page in the Firefox Tool menu, there are no options there for me to fix it. It also says that Adobe Acrobat needs to be updated, but then I go to update it and I'm told that it's blocked and then a whole run-around happens... how do I fix this? I updated to the latest version {Firefox 25.0.1} which says that Javascript is supposed to run automatically, but it didn't fix the problem.

If you use extensions (Firefox/Tools > Add-ons > Extensions) that can block content (e.g. Adblock Plus, NoScript, Flash Block, Ghostery) then make sure that such extensions aren't blocking content on those pages.

Start Firefox in Safe Mode to check if one of the extensions (Firefox/Tools > Add-ons > Extensions) or if hardware acceleration is causing the problem (switch to the DEFAULT theme: Firefox/Tools > Add-ons > Appearance).

  • Do NOT click the Reset button on the Safe Mode start window.
