Does the site icon (favicon) appear on the tab when you open your page? If it loads onto the tab, then Firefox also should save it when the site is bookmarked.

If Firefox not loading the icon onto the tab correctly, but other browsers do, do you want to give a link to the site so a volunteer can take a look and suggest possible changes?

If the problem is that Firefox is saving the icon initially but losing it later, either when you exit and restart Firefox, or after some period of time, could you describe the problem in more detail?
