I don't see an issue with the screenshot you posted. Can you explain more in depth about what happens when you try to play a video? Does it not play, does it crash, what?

Your flash player needs to be updated. Go to get.adobe.com/flashplayer

This is what happens when i click to play video (as shown in image below) and displays a message "An error occured , please try again later". And i do have latest version of adobe flash player because before posting problem over here i updated my flash player and its from the same link that you gave me in your reply .

Did you try to disable the Shockwave Flash 10.1 r999.Gnash 0.8.10 plugin and only keep the 11.2.202 Flash version?

AFAIK then TOR disables all plugins, so Flash shouldn't be used. It is possible that that makes the site use the video tag and the built-in HTML5 media player (media.gstreamer.enabled).

Actually when i installed updates from ubuntu then there were many more directories of firefox's PLUGINS where i had to manually move ".so" file of adobe flash player to complete the updates and get plugins working perfectly and when i did that then my browsers started working smoothly . and TOR asks you if you want to disable plugins or not and right now i can play videos in both TOR and firefox smoothly. and thanks to you for your quick response.

Moses, the 11.2.202.336 is the latest version for Linux from Adobe.
