My email service was working correctly until update to new version of TB. I can no longer retrieve email messages on my primary account. I can send email. My other computer also was updated and it works fine. Both use Windows 7 and are current with updates. I use Norton internet security and it is up to date. I followed instructions on TB help page and removed my passwords and restarted TB and signed in with master password but still can not retrieve messages. My ISP is Rogers.Yahoo.com. In Canada I can log on to the ISP directly and see my email messages. Suggestions?

I contacted my ISP. They had me log on to mail account using the internet and then empty my spam folder on my primary email account on the ISP server and email started working immediately. Who knew that spam folder would cause this problem. Thanks for your offer to help. Maybe my solution will help others using Yahoo.
