I am trying to screen share with instaedu.com with my tutor. It used to work, I recently upgraded my Operating system. Maybe that is why? I don't know. When I click on screen share, first, my computer crashed, then as soon as I click on it, it immediately goes to screen share paused but does not have a link to resume it. I have allowed the site within preferences and tried all your help stuff about that.

HI mmartinec, You can allow popups for specific sites as well.

  1. Firefox > Preference/Options > Content > Block pop up windows ---->Exceptions Button
  2. A list will pop up with a list of sites you can add.

I hope this helps!
