Crystal Reports print control is not directly printing to printer instead its going Print to PDF?

more options

I have developed one application in ASP.NET with Crystal Reports V 13.0.5. In development mode its print control is working in both IE and Firefox. But when I deploy same application under IIS print control is not working in Firefox but only it works in IE. For IE it shows print dialog box and for Firefox it is show Print to PDF, when I click on print to PDF it convert the report and show the download box. I should show print dialog so I can print.

Some ASP.Net updates changed the IIS browser detection. If you haven't already checked on that, please see this thread: crystal report not showing correctly in firefox after windows update. (Skip to the end...) Does that make any difference?
