In just the few hours since updating to 29.0.1 Firefox has crashed at least 3-times-extremely rare before
random crashes-while using Firefox 29.0.1. Sometimes screen flashes ALL black first... Addons:

I had the same problem. After much jumping through hoops, I disabled HTTPS Everywhere and it solved the problem. After a few days I enabled it, and the crashes started again. Disabled it, crashes stopped. Wish FF would fix the glitch.

Can you give me your crash reports?
- Enter about:crashes in the Firefox address bar and press Enter. A Submitted Crash Reports list will appear, similar to the one shown below.
- Copy the 5 most recent Report IDs that start with bp- and paste them into your response here.
The only crash reports listed are from months ago-none from after the 29.0.1 update.
Here's a list of all the Flash crashes on OSX Mavericks 10.9.3, Firefox 29.0.1 and Flash 13.0.0.214. As you can see, this is happening WAY too frequently.

Try disabling Hardware Acceleration.
- Go to this Adobe Flash Player Help page.
- Right-click on the Flash Player logo on that page.
- Click on Settings in the context menu. The Adobe Flash Player Settings screen will open.
- Click on the icon at the bottom-left of the Adobe Flash Player Settings window to open the Display panel.
The image "fpSettings1.PNG" does not exist.
- Remove the check mark from Enable hardware acceleration.
- Click Close to close the Adobe Flash Player Settings Window.
- Restart Firefox.
This Flash Player Help - Display Settings page has more information on Flash Player hardware acceleration, if you're interested.

Please try disabling Hardware Acceleration in Flash using the steps above, and if that doesn't work, try to disable HTTPS Everywhere from Firefox.
- Go to The image "new fx menu" does not exist. > Add-ons > Extensions (Firefox 29)
- Go to the Firefox button > Add-ons > Extensions (using Classic Theme Restorer or Firefox 28 and below)
Note: Firefox may need to be restarted to complete the disabling of HTTPS Everywhere.
