Until this afternoon I was able to watch netflix content trouble free on firefox and then I got this message:

Silverlight Installation Problem Error Code: 2103

You have encountered an issue specific to Microsoft Silverlight, the software used to watch movies on the Netflix website. This issue is often resolved by uninstalling and then reinstalling Microsoft Silverlight on your computer.

To uninstall Microsoft Silverlight on your Windows computer, please follow these steps:

Close any currently open internet browser windows
   Click on the Start button.
   Select Control Panel.
   Select Programs & Features.
Locate and click on Microsoft Silverlight
   Choose Uninstall.

After completing the above steps, attempting to Watch Instantly on www.netflix.com will prompt you to reinstall Microsoft Silverlight.

I've uninstalled and reinstalled more times than I care to count: and yes I did a complete wipe down even to the registry entry levels. Currently I'm able to watch netflix/silverlight content on IE and Chrome but I still get the error message in firefox. I've seen many different suggestions and tried pretty much all of them including deselecting the 'hardware accelerator' box in options etc., but the error persists. I use windows 7. As you'd expect Netflix passes the buck to Microsoft and Microsoft want's $100.00 + to fix it (these guys could give lessons to the Mob). Anyway any help would be appreciated.
