when i open my gmail account,its displayed as "the page isn't redirecting properly".But i can do it with chrome,safari browsers.i have tried the steps provided by other replies in a post,and it doesn't work. So,soon i need a solution.

If clearing cookies didn't help then it is possible that the cookies.sqlite file that stores the cookies got corrupted.

  • Rename (or delete) cookies.sqlite (cookies.sqlite.old) and delete other present cookies files like cookies.sqlite-journal in the Firefox profile folder in case the file cookies.sqlite got corrupted.

hello selvaganapathy, please perform all the steps described in Websites say cookies are blocked - Unblock them (attention when you do the "Clear history for that site" step this will also remove any stored passwords you have for google).

thank u for your response.i removed the entire cookies from privacy-use custom settings for cookies-show cookies and its okay for now.
