I have been trying to download mp4 videos using DownThemAll but I end up with 3GPP Audio/Video. I have tried changing my settings but I end up with the same results. What settings must I use to resolve this problem?

Hi, DownLoadthemall is an add on that I do not use, however for meantime you can use the converter: http://www.zamzar.com/convert/3gp-to-mp4/

The only place that I know that saves settings for file types is described here: Applications panel - Set how Firefox handles different types of files
