Firefox 32 buffers when you skip through videos on Flash but Firefox 31 does not. Can you please fix this for Firefox 33?
OK, there is a weird problem on Firefox 32 where the video buffers when you skip through videos on Flash videos but it doesn't happen on Firefox 31, and it also doesn't happen on Chrome, IE or Safari. There are rumours that YouTube is switching to HTML5 for Firefox 33 but VEVO might stay on Flash. Please don't say "Start in safe mode" because that doesn't work. It's like saying that Bugs Bunny is real when he's not. Can someone at Mozilla fix this for Firefox 33?

Is this a different issue than the ones in your earlier threads?
Also, I don't understand your comment about Firefox's Safe Mode and Bugs Bunny. ???
Firefox's Safe Mode is a standard diagnostic tool to deactivate extensions and some advanced features of Firefox to see whether that affects the problem or not. Often these factors are the difference between working and non-working systems. That's why this mode exists. More info: Diagnose Firefox issues using Troubleshoot Mode.
Firefox 33+ supports canPlayType, so websites can check via JavaScript if the browser can handle a specific media format and use the HTML5 media player by default.

That has unfortunately the consequence that you can no longer disable the HTML5 media player for specific formats in case of problems with a specific video (codec).
