Hi- after the last update for Firefox, my Download Helper doesn't download videos anymore. The little blue arrow in the toolbar highlights for a split second, like it might be downloading, but when I click on it, it says 0 bytes downloaded. Do I need to reset something?

What one are you using? Add-on or exterior? Check for updates to that program.

Start Firefox in Safe Mode {web link} While you are in safe mode;

Type about:preferences#advanced<Enter> in the address bar.

Under Advanced, Select General. Look for and turn off Use Hardware Acceleration.

Poke around safe web sites. Are there any problems?

Then restart.
