Can't add an exception to "Untrusted Connection Error", have deleted "cert8.db", no help.

I get the "Untrusted Error" on a known safe site. When I try to add an exception and make the exception permanent, nothing happens. I deleted cert8.db with no results. I used to access this site with no problem.

Running ESR 24.5.0 Portable

Thanks Ed

Is that the only site with an issue?

Could you expand the Technical Details section of the certificate error page and paste the error code into a reply?

Also, I guess it goes without saying that Firefox 24.5 is more than 7 months behind on security updates, so you should consider using a more up-to-date version of Firefox. The last in that series was 24.8.1 (ESR) from September.
