Crash ID bp-3cb9b20f-34e4--448f-80c3-e88f92141218. My Firefox on my laptop has been crashing for the past two hours. I have uninstalled and re-installed the most recent version (downloaded via my tablet) but I still get no joy

Thanks, everyone. In the end I uninstalled Firefox again, restored my computer to the 15th (last update) and then installed the most recent version of Firefox again. That has done the trick.

I still don't know what went wrong, but at least I'm back in full force! Regards Wilna

hello wilna, as the first crash id you've mentioned doesn't seem to work, can you copy a few more of them and paste them into a reply on the forum? thank you...
