After the update I cannot download new messages using Thunderbird. My comcast email account works fine.
I tried to erase my password so I could get a restart, but Thunderbird does not ask for a new password. It just loads my old emails from before the update.

I was able to fix this by changing the port to 465, which did not work. However when I changed the port back to 995 as recommended I got the message asking for my password finally. When I entered the password everything loaded.
does your anti virus have a password vault or similar?
