Reset Firefox yesterday after having connectivity issues. Now Facebook and Amazon won't load.
I'm trying to figure out if this problem is with Firefox or my internet connection.
All day yesterday the Amazon sign in page wouldn't load. Not just on Firefox, but also Safari, and also on Chrome on a completely different computer.
Spent a frustrating hour on the phone with some low talker who had me do all the usual cache and cookie clearing and crap. None of which did jack.
Miraculously, later on in the evening, Amazon's sign in page began to work! Oh joy! They must have fixed it or something! But no, this morning, it's back to error messages. On two different machines in two different browsers.
Facebook won't load properly in Firefox but it's OK on the other machines.
I'm off to call my ISP. But is it possible it could be a Firefox problem related to me refreshing it yesterday?
