Chosen solution
When I went to that page, it opened a player. When I allowed the player to run, I got the password input. I entered some info, and it responded.
What is the issue you are having?
If you have problems with current Shockwave Flash plugin versions then check this:
- see if there are updates for your graphics drive drivers
https://support.mozilla.org/kb/upgrade-graphics-drivers-use-hardware-acceleration
- disable protected mode in the Flash plugin (Flash 11.3+ on Windows Vista and later)

My issue was that whenever I went to that site, I would try to type in my login credentials but nothing would show up.
What ended up working was disabling hardware acceleration in the Firefox preference menu. Thanks for your help!
