The mozilla file attached in the image can't be removed from add/remove files and I am unable to find it via the Windows search function (Windows 7 Pro 64-bit) and it is apparently 28+ GB... I'd really like to get that off my hard drive as it is taking up so much space.

You can probably ignore that entry as it looks like a leftover from an old Firefox installation. A possibility is to edit the registry if you are comfortable doing that and inspect and remove this key.

  • HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Uninstall\Mozilla Firefox

Note that all changes that you make in the registry editor are applied instantly and that there is no undo possible. You can export key(s) in the registry editor before making changes. If you are not comfortable with editing the registry then it is best to skip this step to edit the registry.
