Firefox crashes
Firefox has been crashing a lot lately ever since I updated it, even if safe mode it will continue to crash. I did follow all the steps to prevent it from crashing but still nothing, is there anything that can be done?

Hi PhoenixS, if you have a Norton security program try to update to latest and if crashes also, then uninstall the Norton security program (you can use the next uninstaller : https://support.norton.com/sp/en/us/home/current/solutions/kb20080710133834EN_EndUserProfile_en_us ) and then install it again. Any luck ?
thank you
You can check for problems with current Shockwave Flash plugin versions and try this:
- check for updates for your graphics drive drivers
https://support.mozilla.org/kb/upgrade-graphics-drivers-use-hardware-acceleration - disable protected mode in the Flash plugin (Flash 11.3+ on Windows Vista and later)
- disable hardware acceleration in the Flash plugin
