I had this problem with chrome the page gets stuffed with ads and it would direct me towards Facebook and other sites.I am facing the same problem with firefox I have not installed anything on this browser or downloaded anything on it.But these ads keep popping up again and again. They keep redirecting me to some site alibaba.com and a minnimum of 4 ads pop up

Hi, you can try an ad blocker such as Adblock Plus, but it may be that you have picked up some malware, so if that isn't successful you can try these free programs to scan for malware, which work with your existing antivirus software:

Microsoft Security Essentials is a good permanent antivirus for Windows 7/Vista/XP if you don't already have one. Windows 8 has antivirus built-in already.
