I keep getting an error when I search for anything in Google
Hi,
About three days ago, I started getting an error when I would search anything in the search bar. I have installed old versions, updated the new Firefox, and it always has the same error. (see below)
Secure Connection Failed
An error occurred during a connection to www.google.com. security library: improperly formatted DER-encoded message. (Error code: sec_error_bad_der)
The page you are trying to view cannot be shown because the authenticity of the received data could not be verified. Please contact the website owners to inform them of this problem.
I hope someone can help. I've attached the screen shot of the error as well. It doesn't matter if I Google Westpac Bank to thermomix recipes, it always comes up with the same error. Then I have to manually go to the URL bar and remove the 's' in the https:
I have reported this error a lot, but gave up after the 30th+ time! I don't know what else to do, except change to Internet Explorer, which I really don't want to.
Thanks, Nicki

I am not seeing this error in a new profile for the beta channel. This error usually happens when there is a encryption algorithm in the certificate. However it looks like the url of the page you are searching for include some extra in the url.
Clear your cache, and if you do not see an improvement please consider trying beta.
