Babylon tool bar, when I run spybot it ells me its there but its not listed in my programmes

No, but it seems that the only option I got remove is to download yet another software, I already have norton, adaware, ccleaner and spybot

If it doesn't appear in Firefox, you can't remove it thru Firefox.

Try using Spybot Support - https://www.safer-networking.org/support/ - since that program is what notified you of that "issue".

I have no direct experience with problems like that. I am too careful when installing software to gain first-hand experience derived from having to remove garbage like the Babylon toolbar and others of its ilk.
