You can try to disable GStreamer support in the HTML5 media player to see if that helps. Also make sure that you have the latest GStreamer updates.

You can set the media.gstreamer.enabled pref to false on the about:config page.

You can open the about:config page via the location/address bar. You can accept the warning and click "I'll be careful" to continue.
