I can get e-mail directly from my isp but not through thunderbird. I have windows 7. I did 'repair folder' on trash folder but inbox crashed.

So I went to folder "Properties" and did a "Repair Folder" on my trash folder - which worked to get the deleted e-mails back. Then I tried to bring a deleted e-mail back to my inbox but it didn't make it. So I tried another one. That one didn't make it either. Then I did a test e-mail from another e-mail account I have into the inbox of this account. The test e-mail never came through. So I went to my ISP on-line. The test e-mail came through there ok. Also, I noticed that under the "Subscribe" option in my problem account, under 'Folder List' there are no folders showing. The box is completely empty. while in my other two accounts I have all my folders showing with check marked boxes next to them. This is as far as I've gotten.

I don't know what happened but when I went to my e-mail this morning someone had added in my account again and this time it was working! Thank you whoever did that.... very, very, very much!!

If the folder list is empty than the account is not connected to the server to get the list.

Please add the troubleshooting information to your post To find the Troubleshooting information:

  • Open Help (or click on three-line-icon and select Help)
  • Choose Troubleshooting Information

there are four charter accounts configured.

Which are not working? Or did you add the last three to see if adding them multiple times would help?

I note none of them use the settings charter supply.
