I am going to change my ISP, will this have any effect on my Firefox e.g. will I lose my saved passwords?

I am going to move from TalkTalk/Tiscali to PlusNet. This is the first time I have changed ISP and I'm very uncertain as to what is involved, so I'm looking for advice to stop me making a mistake. I'm an oldie (68) and whilst I can use my PC I have little understanding of how it actually works.

No, It doesn't have any reverse effect of changing ISP service provider ,however you can do a backup of all your bookmark ,password , history and other stored links before any changes. Just do a look at http://www.wikihow.com/Export-Bookmarks-from-Firefox and all you ready for bookmark backup, which will later you can used to restore. Export Bookmark Backup ad Restore information from Firefox Profiles

hope you are all set for changing your ISP .
