I have saved an excel file as a cvs file, delimited by commas. I am trying to import it into an address book. I setup the records I want, first name, last name, primary email, 2nd email. go thru each file,,,,,, then finish and the address book is empty?

"Go thru each file" - please explain. I go through the process here: http://xenos-email-notes.simplesite.com/417788922

Does that describe anything you haven't already tried?

I seem to recall that the CSV file encoding is important. But I can't remember what it needs. If you can find a choice when you save the CSV file, try UTF-8 and Latin/Western options.
