I have one email that goes directly to my trash file. I want it to go to my inbox instead. Also use gmail. How do you accomplish this? Is it done in Thunderbird or Gmail? Thank you. Using Thunderbird 38.3.0

W it goes h is the first criteria. Do you have message filters either in Thunderbird or Gmail?

Mr. Matt, I will look into that in Gmail, I assume. If there is a filter, can it be gotten rid of? Many thanks for your reply
