Hi Phillipp Thank you for reply. Hitting firefox icon brings up a bing search engine and no duckduck go which is my homepage. There are no error messages and no way to get to firefox. This started this morning after about 3 days of firefox use with no problems.

firefox is not reachable on this windows to now. I can possibly choose another search enging but the primary problem is that firefox will not be usable with windows 10. I realize mozilla firefox operates like a snake without a head but isn,t there someone in some sort of management that would take an interest in this issue as it appears to be a major problem for the future of firefox?
