Re folders: I assume you mean folders of saved mail? If it's an IMAP account you mark the folders to subscribe and I think they should be created on the server. If it's a POP account I don't think you can re-create them on the server, maybe someone else knows better. Re address book: does AOL allow you to import address book contacts? If so, in what format(s)?
