Chrome uses a different version of Flash than Firefox & Waterfox use; no direct comparison is possible.

i understand that i have this problem for about two months i even re-install clean windows 10 and firefox adobe flash crashes

You can check for problems with current Shockwave Flash plugin versions and hardware acceleration in Firefox and try this:
